Azeroth Celebrates the feast of Winter Veil: A Guide too Festive Fun in world of Warcraft

The annual Feast of Winter Veil has returned to the world of Azeroth, offering players a wealth of seasonal activities, rewards, and cheer from December 15th to January 2nd. For those playing on WoW Classic and 20th Anniversary realms, the festivities begin on December 16th and also conclude on January 2nd.

Players can don themselves in seasonal attire, with the Holiday Vendors offering the festive Red Holiday and Festive Green Holiday transmog set pieces – including coats, vests, sweaters, shirts, pants, shorts, boots, and belts. Mirthful Toys and Battle Pets are also available, promising to brighten the spirits of even the most hardened loot-seekers. Though, a senior official cautioned players not to be fooled by the festive appearance, stating, “Just as they’re in the spirit of things doesn’t change their miserable motivations.” Players will still need to battle as hard as usual to prevent these bosses from souring the season. Dearest Dimensius, for example, threatens destruction in festive flair deep within Manaforge Omega.

Spreading Cheer with Simple Gestures

Players can spread holiday cheer by blowing a /kiss to a Winter Reveler found celebrating under the mistletoe in inns across Azeroth. This simple gesture is rewarded with tokens of gratitude – Mistletoe,Fresh Holly,or a Handful of Snowflakes – which can be used to complete various Feast of Winter Veil achievements.

Pepe’s Tiny Winter Hat and Giant Snow Globes

A unique opportunity awaits players at the Smokeywoods Pastures cart in Ironforge or Orgrimmar. Clicking on Greatfeather Pepe will grant a Tiny Winter Hat, and summoning Pepe may result in him appearing in a festive Winter Veil outfit complete with a tiny beard. Players can also immerse themselves in the holiday spirit by stepping into one of the Giant Snow Globes found outside the ironforge Bank, overlooking the Valley of Wisdom in Orgrimmar, or in Dalaran in the Broken Isles. A little /dance is encouraged to spread the joy to those around you.
