Scientists had predicted that the Corona metamorphosis would hit the 3rd wave by October. Accordingly the 3rd wave did not strike. Corona forecast strategist and Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) scientist Manindra Agarwal has warned that the 3rd wave will reach its peak with the Omigron infection by next February.

Current estimates are that the current new virus will reach its 3rd wave peak by February (2022). Then 1 lakh to 1 lakh 50 thousand people may be affected daily in the country. But it will be milder than the 2nd wave.
The current new variant seems to be more contagious. But its intensity is not the same as seen in the delta variant.
In this context, we are closely monitoring the spread of omega-3 infections in South Africa. To date this infection has not led to an increase in the number of patients in hospitals in South Africa. But data like the spread of infection there and the admission of patients in hospitals will give us a clear picture.
