/ The Director General of Kermanshah Customs, Ali Asghar Abbaszadeh, announced on Thursday that approximately 318 thousand trucks loaded with various goods crossed from Kermanshah port to Iraq within ten months.
The Iranian Mehr News Agency, in a report translated by Agency, quoted Abbas Zadeh as saying that the number of trucks exporting goods in ten months of this year (the Iranian year begins on March 21), which crossed into Iraq from Kermanshah Customs, amounted to 317,898 trucks.
He added that the Parvizkhan border customs with Iraq had the largest share of trucks carrying goods, with a number of 119,039 trucks.
He pointed out that Khosravi Customs’ share of trucks amounted to 79,542 trucks, Sumar Customs 61,237 trucks, Sheikh Saleh Customs 35,285 trucks, and Shushmi Customs’ share was 22,795 trucks.
Abbaszadeh concluded by saying that the total load of exported trucks amounted to 6 million 75 thousand 865 tons, noting that the value of these goods amounts to 2 billion 587 million dollars, and the most important export goods are rebar and iron, tiles, ceramics and building stones, fruits and vegetables, dairy products, all kinds of plastic products, and disposable containers.
