Cleeveland Roumillac, comedian, reveals his musical tastes on “Libération”.

I bought Diams’ album in middle school in 5th or 4th grade. I had washed one of my aunts’ car to buy it for myself.

Before, I loved making MP3 playlist files with different styles of music.

The latest Aya Nakamura with iTunes to review well before her concert.

Where do you prefer to listen to music?

Usually on my phone but when I’m at home I put YouTube on the TV and leave a playlist running.

Do you listen to music while working? What type of music ?

No, it distracts me, but I listen to it while getting ready, cooking or cleaning.

The song that you are ashamed to listen to with pleasure?

Brazilian religious songs. I love listening to them in the morning before starting my day.

The record that everyone loves and you hate?

Madonna Madame X. Without hating it, I can’t have the same enthusiasm as most.

The disc you’ll need to survive on a desert island?

Vybz Kartel, Kingston Story. Without dancehall I couldn’t do it!

Nakamura by Aya Nakamura that I know by heart.

A record you would like to hear at your funeral?

A mix of Aya and Vybz Kartel, it represents me well I think.

I do not have the faintest idea.

Do you prefer records or live music?

For some artists I love live, it makes the music more intense, and for others, I prefer records to listen to at home.

Your fondest concert memory?

Beyoncé in 2018 at the Stade de France. I’m not a fan like my friends but she’s still amazing on stage.

Do you go to a club to dance, flirt, listen to music on a good sound system or do you never go to a club?

I mostly go to clubs to have fun with my friends and listen to good music.

Your favorite musical film or your favorite film score?

A Star is Born with Lady Gaga which I watched for the first time on the plane, I shed a tear.

What is the record that you share with the person who accompanies you in life?

None since I’M SINGLE!

The song that makes you mad?

Wizboyy Ofuasia, Lovinjitis (feat Teeyah). It reminds me of my first love.

The last record you listened to on repeat?

DNK de Aya Nakamura.

The group you would have liked to be part of?

Being one of Anitta’s dancers. The energy they have is incredible!

The song or piece of music that always makes you cry?

Alicia Keys, No One. Since 2007 this song has had an effect on me.
