Viona Teo Kee Liok was formally charged on Thursday with seven counts of public nuisance, according to charge sheets. The alleged offenses center around the throwing of human waste from a Housing Board block located in Marsiling.

The charges detail five separate instances where Teo allegedly threw human waste onto the parapet of a 10th-floor unit at Block 131, Marsiling Rise. The first reported incident occurred in the early hours of December 25, 2025, at around 4:25 a.m.,reportedly causing annoyance to a male resident. Subsequent incidents allegedly took place after 8 a.m. and 9 a.m.
In addition to the human waste, Teo is also accused of throwing food waste on three separate occasions.The most recent alleged incident occurred on Monday, according to court documents.
