Southeast Missouri State women’s basketball (2-4) aims to break a three-game skid as they welcome Harris-Stowe State University (1-5) to the Show Me Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, on Wednesday, December 3rd, at 6:30 p.m. CT. The Redhawks are looking to re-establish their dominance against the Hornets, holding a perfect 7-0 record in the all-time series.

SEMO is coming off a pair of losses at the Desert Financial Arena in Tempe, Arizona, during a Thanksgiving tournament hosted by Arizona State.Despite strong individual performances, the Redhawks fell to Arizona State 85-56 on Saturday, followed by a 65-55 defeat against San Diego on Sunday.
Taylor Shines from Beyond the Arc
Guard Carmen Taylor delivered a standout performance against Arizona State, erupting for a career-high 21 points. Remarkably, all of Taylor’s points came from three-point range, where she connected on 7 of 13 attempts. This performance surpassed her previous career best of five three-pointers against Wichita State on November 18th.Currently, Taylor is shooting 38.6% from beyond the arc this season.
McCully Continues Scoring streak
graduate guard Lexi McCully continues to be a consistent offensive threat for the Redhawks, extending her double-digit scoring streak to nine games, dating back to the 2024-25 season. She contributed 15 points against San Diego.
