Pathanamthitta – The accused kept the meat of the women who were victims of human sacrifice in Elantur in the refrigerator. The police said that more than 10 kg of meat was cooked in the cooker and accused Bhagwalsingh and Laila gave their statement. The dead bodies were chopped up at the rubbing center. Muhammad Shafi had gone out after the murder. During the forensic examination, the accused pointed out the pots in which the meat was cooked to the police.
2 women’s internal organs and some body parts were stored in the fridge. The meat stored in the freezer in the fridge was later moved to another pit. Blood stains and fingerprints of the main accused Shafi were found in the room where the double sacrifice took place.
Both old and fresh bloodstains were found. Pieces of wood used to cut the body and weapons were recovered. Four knives were found. There is also evidence of cremation. Plaster for covering the mouth was also found from the massage center.
Kochi DCP S. Sasidharan informed that the collection of evidence will continue in Elantur. The accused will be taken to Kochi. The DCP said that no more remains were found during the evidence collection on Saturday.
