In the city of Netivot, near the beginning of Shabbat, the funeral of the important and righteous woman Mrs. Zehavit Barbie, the sister of the ‘X-ray’, Rabbi Yaakov Israel Ifergan, 66, took place at her death.
The deceased was born to her parents, the late Rabbi Shalom and Esther Ifergan, and upon reaching the chapter she is president to her husband together they established a house of Torah and kindness for many years.
During her life, the deceased was the right-hand man of the X-ray, who worked hard in doing acts of kindness alongside her many prayers for the salvation of the whole and the individual, in the city of Netivot and in the entire southern region.
Recently the deceased was seriously ill while suffering severe torments which she received with love, until on Friday, last Saturday evening she returned her soul to its creator to the chagrin of the many family members and acquaintances.
Her funeral took place on Saturday evening at 16:30 in the Netivot cemetery with the participation of a small number of mourners and family members who mourned the great loss.
May her soul be bundled in the bundle of life.
