Redmi has announced the arrival in Europe of the Redmi 10 2022, a new version of its cheap smartphone with some small technical updates. The phone has a 6.5-inch display with Gorilla Glass 3, 90Hz refresh rate and 2400×1080 pixel resolution. The battery is 5000mAh with 18W fast charging thanks to the charger included in the package. The RAM is 4GB, while the internal storage can be chosen in the 64 and 128GB sizes. As for the camera, the front one is 8 megapixel while on the back there are four lenses: one 8 mehgapixel wide-angle with 120 degrees of field of view, one main sensor of 50 megapixels and two more of 2 megapixels each for macro and depth of field.
Redmi 10 2022 has a USB-C port and a 3.5mm headphone socket, NFC, stereo speakers and physical fingerprint reader for unlocking. The operating system included is Android 11 with MIUI 12.5, it supports two SIMs or one SIM and a memory expansion. There are still no confirmations on the release date, however imminent, and not even on the price, which should remain in line with the model of the previous year and therefore 229 euros for the basic version.
