From May 14 to 16, 2024, Yerevan will host the annual meeting and business forum of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Ministry of Finance reports.
“The unprecedented event in the financial sector for Armenia will gather under one roof about 2,000 participants, including representatives of high-ranking official delegations of 74 countries, international organizations and private sector organizations.
The “Business Forum” will also be a part of the annual meeting, which will have the title “Delivering Impact Together”.
EBRD annual meetings provide an opportunity to hold high-level discussions on the events taking place in the global financial and economic environment and issues of general interest, to have bilateral meetings with delegates and representatives of international organizations, foreign countries and other organizations, as well as to participate in events related to global challenges.
“Plenary sessions are held within the framework of the mentioned meetings, where the activities carried out within the framework of the EBRD’s activities in the last year and the recorded results are summarized and the future tasks are outlined,” the message says.
