Yolanda Hadid Lists Pennsylvania Estate for $10.88 Million, Ending a Family Chapter

Former model and television personality Yolanda Hadid is seeking $10.88 million for her sprawling 30-acre estate in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, marking the end of an era for the family sanctuary she meticulously crafted. The listing, first reported by The Wall Street Journal, showcases a unique property blending historic charm with modern luxury, and reflects a shift in Hadid’s personal life as her children become increasingly autonomous.

From Catwalks to Country Living

The property, steeped in history dating back to 1682, was purchased for approximately $4 million months after that initial visit. What began as a three-bedroom stone house, accompanied by cottages and barns amidst lavender fields, was transformed into a personal haven. As Hadid herself described to People magazine, the farm became “a slice of Heaven, a sanctuary and our safe haven.” She personally oversaw the redesign, seamlessly integrating modern farmhouse aesthetics with the property’s preserved past details. “I probably touched every inch of the farm,” the 61-year-old Hadid told the Journal.

A Family’s Escape and a Pandemic Refuge

The estate quickly became a cherished retreat for Hadid’s children – models Gigi and Bella Hadid, and musician Anwar Hadid – offering a respite from the demands of their careers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the farm took on even greater meaning, becoming a focal point for family bonding. They collectively planted thousands of lavender seedlings, enjoyed family dinners, and engaged in card games, fostering a deeper connection to both each other and the land. “It was so much work, but we had so much fun,” Hadid shared with the Journal. “It was like coming together as a family and serving the land.”

estate Details: historic Charm Meets Modern Amenities

Today, the estate boasts a restored 1810 main residence featuring five bathrooms and five fireplaces. Complementing the main house are three thoughtfully designed guesthouses – the Carriage House, Corn Crib Cottage, and Lavender Cottage – each equipped with full kitchens. A 1776 stone bank barn has been reimagined as an 8,000-square-foot entertainment space, complete with a gym and a professional equestrian facility. The property also includes a flat barn with 14 stalls, tack and feed rooms, and a dedicated barn manager’s office.

Outside, the grounds offer a resort-style experience with a dressage arena, round pen, swimming pool, vegetable gardens, and a meditative labyrinth. A restored spring house serves a dual purpose as a wine and lavender oil cellar.

Personal Milestones and a New Chapter

The farm also holds personal significance for Hadid, serving as the backdrop for a pivotal moment in her life. She met her former fiancé, Joseph Jingoli, when he unexpectedly arrived at the farm in 2018. They became engaged in 2022, but ultimately ended their relationship earlier this year.

With her children now pursuing their own paths and her personal life evolving, Hadid has decided it’s time to pass the reins to a new owner. The listing is being handled by Carl Gambino of Compass and Revi Haviv of Addison Wolfe real Estate. This sale represents not just a real estate transaction, but the closing of a cherished family chapter and the beginning of a new one for the former model.
