Benfica beat Rio Ave (1-3), this Sunday, in Vila do Conde, in the seventh round of the champion qualification phase of the National Under-17 Championship, remaining at the top of the table, in isolation.
Sporting also won, against Casa Pia (0-3), and remains three points behind the Eagles, with hopes of lifting the title.
SC Braga lost points again, this time in Belém (1-0), and was even overtaken by Belenenses in the league table, dropping from fifth to sixth place.
On Saturday, FC Porto drew 1-1 in Guimarães, making the task of getting closer to the two rivals at the front even more complicated, although they still have a game to spare.
