Volodymyr Zelensky declared on Sunday November 5 that he was not ” not ready “ to talks with Russia, unless Moscow withdraws its troops from Ukraine.

“(The United States) knows that I am not ready to talk with terrorists, because their word is worthless”affirmed the Ukrainian president on NBC, adding that “ they must leave our territory, and only then can the world start diplomacy”.

Volodymyr Zelensky announced that an investigation would be carried out into the death of a group of Ukrainian soldiers decimated by a Russian missile strike.
