Villupuram: 149 vehicles seized in the liquor prohibition case were auctioned for 44.49 lakh rupees. A total of 183 vehicles including 38 four-wheelers, 4 three-wheelers and 141 two-wheelers seized in Villupuram district liquor prohibition cases were auctioned yesterday at the Villupuram Kakuppam Armed Forces Ground. A total of 149 vehicles were auctioned for Rs 44.49 lakh including 27 four wheelers for Rs 30.09 lakh, 4 three wheelers for Rs 1.18 lakh and 118 two wheelers for Rs 13.21 lakh.
