Thiruvananthapuram : Kovid-19 has been confirmed for 223 persons in the state today in Ernakulam 55, Thiruvananthapuram 48, Kozhikode 27, Thrissur 17, Alappuzha 14, Kottayam 11, Kollam 10, Pathanamthitta 10, Kannur 9, Malappuram 7, Palakkad 7, Idukki 4, Wayanad 4 and Kasaragod 0. Epidemic confirmed in districts. 10,673 samples were tested during the last 24 hours.
No deaths have been confirmed in the last 24 hours due to Kovid-19. In addition, five deaths have been reported which have been appealed by the Central Government under the new guidelines of the Supreme Court. This brings the total death toll in the state to 68,365.

299 people who were diagnosed and treated were cured. Thiruvananthapuram 52, Kollam 23, Pathanamthitta 19, Alappuzha 14, Kottayam 36, Idukki 18, Ernakulam 55, Thrissur 20, Palakkad 1, Malappuram 8, Kozhikode 24, Wayanad 9, Kannur 20 and Kasaragod 0 were cured. With this, 2211 people have been diagnosed with the disease and are still undergoing treatment.
