Four people, including a child, were killed when a lorry collided with a car near Payalkulangara in Ambalapuzha on the Alappuzha National Highway. One person was injured. The deceased have been identified as Shaiju (34), Sudheesh Lal (37), son Ambadi (12) and Nandu.
Sudheesh Lal’s wife Shiny was injured. They were rushed to a hospital. The accident happened on the way to Nedumbassery airport. They were taking Shiny to the airport on his way to Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Bodies at Alappuzha Medical College Hospital.
