Ukrainian President Zelensky has appealed to the European Union for 800 million euros to repair the damaged electricity infrastructure in Ukraine, which is facing an attack by Russia.
Zelensky, who made this request at an international conference in Paris to help Ukraine, said that not only funds but also transformers, high-voltage power lines, generators, etc. should be provided.
Zelensky called on the G7 countries to provide about two billion cubic meters of additional gas to deal with the coming cold weather, which has damaged electricity infrastructure, and urged more tanks and missiles for the war.
