Burkina Faso is off to a good start in the international cycling tour of Benin. On the occasion of the first stage disputed on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, Burkinabe cyclist Souleymane Koné came second in the standings ahead of Cameroonian Clovis Abossolo Kamzong (third).
