In a press release published this Saturday, September 9, the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Crafts recalled that “Sow Baïllo was a retired civil servant from the National Directorate of Meteorology. He made his contribution to the development of arts and culture throughout his career. His talent, his humor and his performances left an impression on many spectators and earned him a special place in the hearts of the public.” The department presented its condolences “to the world of culture which has lost a talented member”.
