Blithely taking advantage of Real’s defensive generosity, Atlético emerged victorious this Sunday in the Madrid derby (3-1), thanks to a double from Alvaro Morata and a goal from Antoine Griezmann, its French spearhead. Leaders before this 6th day of La Liga, the Merengues must, with this defeat, abandon the head of the ranking to FC Barcelona.
