Armenian State Interest Fund and Intesa Sanpaolo Group Sign Memorandum of Cooperation

Rome, Italy – ⁣October 7, 2024 – The ⁣Armenian State Interest Fund (ANIF) and the Italian Intesa Sanpaolo Group of banks have signed a​ memorandum of cooperation. The signing ceremony ⁤took‍ place in Rome on October 7.

Within the framework of the‍ memorandum,‌ the parties⁢ will cooperate in projects of common interest to the ⁤Italian and Armenian​ business community. This‌ agreement is ​expected to ‌open new ‌economic opportunities⁢ for both countries.

“We are happy for this opportunity to reveal the unused potential‌ of‍ economic‍ cooperation between Armenia and Italy,” said Davit ⁢Papazyan, Director of ANIF. ​“We ‌believe that there ⁣are open opportunities in this area, and our cooperation ​will ⁤be aimed‍ at using ‌this‍ potential, providing sustainable economic benefits for Armenian and Italian businesses and stronger economic ties ‍between⁤ our two countries.”
