International Monetary Fund Director Kristalina Georgieva said in a statement, “The Ukrainian government’s performance and commitment under the program remains strong, and all performance criteria have been met and the September criteria appear to be on track.”“.
But she said that because of the impact of the ongoing war, economic recovery is likely to slow down due to the impact of the attacks on energy infrastructure, noting that “the risk to the outlook remains high.”“.
