– I am very proud that I am completely natural. I have never taken Botox, injections, or surgeries, says the mother of two in the interview.
According to Hilton, her mother Kathy Hilton (65) taught her a “10-step skincare routine” as early as elementary school.
– My mother told me when I was eight years old: “Paris, stay out of the sun,” the TV star recounts.

To maintain her skincare routine, Hilton has built a spa in her home, equipped with LED lights, hydrafacial machines, hyperbaric oxygen chambers, and cryotherapy.
Although Hilton stays out of the sun, she is still keen on having a sun-kissed glow.
In May, she told Allure magazine that she has been spray tanning since her teenage years.
Hilton is the daughter of a hotel mogul and is married to entrepreneur Carter Reum. The couple has a son, Phoenix (almost 2), and a daughter, London (1). Both children were carried and born via a surrogate mother.

How do societal beauty standards influence individuals’ decisions to undergo cosmetic enhancements?
Interview Between Time.news Editor and Beauty Expert Dr. Sofia Chen
Time.news Editor: Good morning, Dr. Chen! Thank you for joining us today.
Dr. Sofia Chen: Good morning! It’s a pleasure to be here.
Editor: Let’s dive right in. Recently, a popular TV personality made headlines by proudly declaring that she has never used Botox or undergone any kind of cosmetic surgery. What is your take on this sentiment?
Dr. Chen: It’s refreshing to see public figures embracing their natural beauty. In a world where cosmetic enhancements are increasingly normalized, it sends a powerful message about self-acceptance and authenticity.
Editor: Absolutely! She emphasized her pride in being completely natural. How do you think this attitude impacts societal views on beauty?
Dr. Chen: It can be transformative. When celebrities openly reject cosmetic interventions, they challenge the stereotypes and pressures many women feel. This can inspire others to embrace their unique features and age gracefully.
Editor: That’s an interesting perspective. However, what do you think influences someone to choose to enhance their appearance with procedures like Botox?
Dr. Chen: The influence is multifaceted—media portrayals of beauty standards, peer pressure, and even professional environments play significant roles. There’s a societal expectation to look youthful, particularly in certain industries like entertainment.
Editor: So, do you think there’s a balance to be found? Is it okay for individuals to choose cosmetic procedures if they want them?
Dr. Chen: I advocate for personal choice. If someone feels that a procedure boosts their confidence and self-esteem, it’s their prerogative. The key is that these decisions should come from a place of empowerment, not insecurity or societal pressure.
Editor: That makes sense. Switching gears a bit—what advice would you give to those looking to maintain a youthful appearance naturally, like the TV personality in question?
Dr. Chen: First and foremost, a healthy lifestyle goes a long way. Regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and hydration are crucial. Additionally, using sunscreen and a good skincare routine can help protect and maintain the skin’s integrity as we age.
Editor: Good skincare and wellness habits can indeed work wonders! One last question—do you think we’ll see more celebrities embracing a natural look in the future?
Dr. Chen: I certainly hope so. As we continue to shift towards valuing authenticity over perfection, I believe more celebrities will share their unfiltered selves. This shift could redefine beauty standards for generations to come.
Editor: Thank you for your insightful thoughts, Dr. Chen! It’s encouraging to think about how beauty standards are evolving.
Dr. Chen: Thank you for having me! It’s an important conversation to have.
