TRALEE, Ireland, Sept. 15, 2025 — A man in his 20s tragically died Sunday morning following a single-vehicle collision on the N69 near Tralee, County Kerry. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene in the townland of Ballingowan shortly after 10 a.m. following reports of the fatal crash.
The driver, who was the sole occupant of the car, was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have notified the local coroner, and the man’s body is being transported to the mortuary at University Hospital Kerry for a postmortem examination.
The area where the crash occurred is currently being examined by gardaí, and local traffic diversions are in effect.
