Domingo milesi’s “Florencio Sánchez” Revival Captivates at National Comedy
A poignant and remarkably relevant free adaptation of Florencio Sánchez’s work, directed by Domingo Milesi, brought the International Scenic Arts Festival (FIDAE) to a powerful close at the National Comedy theatre on its 78th anniversary. The production, featuring audio direction by josé Miguel Onainia, resonated deeply with audiences, offering a fresh outlook on enduring themes of healthcare, family, and the human condition.
The performance uniquely began with two young actors – portraying the children of the play’s protagonists – engaging the audience from the stage’s edge before the curtain even rose.
