Chilean Dentist Addresses Breakup, Denies Infidelity Allegations
A Chilean dentist, identified publicly as Miguel de la Fuente, publicly addressed the recent end of his two-year marriage to Valentina Roth, firmly denying claims of infidelity that circulated in the entertainment press. De la Fuente, speaking in a video posted to his social media channels – where he disabled comments – stated he was “a little bit up to here” with the ongoing speculation.
The separation, which was reportedly leaked two months ago, sparked rumors of Roth’s alleged involvement with former television personality Camilo Huerta. However, de la Fuente was emphatic in his denial. “I have never talked about infidelity,” he stated. “This separation is not because I was unfaithful to Valentina or that Valentina was unfaithful or anything.” He further clarified his relationship with Huerta, stating, “I’ve known Camilo for a while, we have the best vibes. I have never involved him in anything. It has nothing to do with Valentina, they have been friends for a long time.”
De la Fuente also addressed claims made by Hugo Valencia and Adriana Barrientos on the program “Zona de Estrellas” regarding an alleged audio recording. He asserted that no such audio exists, explaining that he stopped sending audio messages long ago due to concerns about voice cloning and subsequent extortion attempts targeting his family. “Therefore, people who are saying that there is an audio are totally false,” he said, adding a pointed question: “Last week it was Kike Acuña, now it’s Camilo Huerta, next week who will it be?”
Concluding his statement, de la Fuente appealed for privacy, stating, “Let the stupid people who talk nonsense stay silent, because behind this there is a family, there are children.” He acknowledged making “some unfortunate statements” but reiterated that they did not relate to infidelity. He emphasized that the reasons for the separation were “other types of things, which are not relevant to airing or telling.”
