The temporary Friday prayer preacher in Tehran, Sayyid Muhammad Hassan Abu Turabi Fard, emphasized that managers should have piety and knowledge in order to prevent damages resulting from ability.
He added to Mr. Abu Trabi Fard that the guardianship of the jurist is the management of knowledge and justice simultaneously, stressing that the possession of piety and knowledge by all managers, especially the senior managers, constitutes the basic element for preventing damages resulting from power in the Islamic system.
