A 17-year-old boy stabbed a 42-year-old man during an argument on one of the beaches of Lake Sevan, the press service of the RA Police reports.
A report was received from the “Sevan” medical center of the operational control center of Gegharkunik region of the MIA police that a 42-year-old man from Tsovagyugh sought medical help with a puncture wound in the chest.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated in the investigative department of Sevan.
On August 4, a 17-year-old boy and three participants in an argument were found in one of the houses on Aygestan street, Berd community, Tavush region, arrested and taken to the Sevan police department.
In the department, the 17-year-old boy admitted that he himself hit the 42-year-old man with a knife. One of the arrested persons also confessed that he punched a 42-year-old man in the eye, causing physical injury.
The 17-year-old boy was taken to a penitentiary, and the others were released with a signature.
An investigation is underway.
