A 50-year-old man was seriously injured in a violent incident on Balfour Street in Bat Yam. MDA medics and paramedics gave him medical treatment and evacuated him to the “Wolfson” hospital in Holon while he was conscious and suffering from a penetrating injury.
An emergency medical medic riding an MDA Kfir Versano motorcycle said: “The wounded man was lying at the bus stop while he was conscious and suffering from a penetrating injury to his body and difficulty breathing after being sprayed with tear gas. We gave him medical treatment that included stopping the bleeding, dressings and medication, and evacuated him for further treatment at the hospital when his condition was serious.”
