According to architect Yoav Oman, owner and partner at Tito Oman Architects:

“In my opinion, the decline in the construction starts of towers is due to the fact that in the past year many saturated construction projects have been launched that are characterized by a lower number of floors – urban renewal, price per occupant projects or reduced price.” “And there will be a jump in the construction of towers, in light of the shortage of vacant land in the country, and against the background of the Planning Administration’s policy of increasing density, especially in areas of demand through high-rise construction.”
