Yesterday, Tuesday, the ceremony for adopting the standard specifications was held, which was prepared and adopted by the National Center for Standardization and Standards, through its technical committees and approved by the Center’s Supreme Committee.
The committee is chaired by the Minister of Planning, Muhammad Yousef Al-Zaidani, and the membership of the Minister of Industry and Minerals, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy and Trade.
During the ceremony, a technical report was reviewed that included the activities of the National Center for Standardization, including granting licenses to use the Libyan Quality Mark for Libyan products and the Conformity Mark for bottled drinking water.
The report showed the qualitative leap achieved in this field, as (18) companies with (102) Libyan products obtained licenses, which confirms the quality of Libyan products and the efficiency of the manufacturing process in accordance with local and international specifications, which enhances and confirms the return of quality life to Libyan institutions.
