Interviewed by Molly Sims for her podcast “Lipstick on the Rim”, the 51-year-old actress talked about how to make a marriage last, specifying however that the divided space rule does not apply to her married life with Benji Madden

After a flash dating of just 10 months (they were introduced by Nicole Richie, in turn married to Benji’s twin brother, Joel Madden), Diaz and the singer got married in 2015 and have a three-year-old daughter, Raddix. «Marriage was the best thing that happened to me and it opened me up in several ways – the actress herself said in an interview with “Harper’s Bazar” -. It was a surprise.” In 2018, Diaz left acting to dedicate herself entirely to her family, although this year she surprisingly returned in the Netflix film “Back In Action” with Jamie Foxx, only to retire again after filming ended.
