Hunan Tadevosyan, head of the Public Relations and Information Service of the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs, said:

“These days, when the population of Artsakh has almost completely moved to the Republic of Armenia, a group of officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Traffic Police, led by Minister of Internal Affairs Karen Sargsyan, have overcome many difficulties and continue to remain in Artsakh and carry out search and rescue operations in several directions at once on a daily basis.

This is an extremely difficult job, in the event that the escorts familiar with the whereabouts of the wanted person are not in Artsakh.

And on September 25, the disaster at the fuel warehouse made the work even more difficult and doubled.

The group will still work as long as there are servicemen and civilians killed during the military operations, about whom there is no information yet.

The discovered remains and relics will be transported to Armenia in order to identify them through forensic examination.”
