The terrible crime occurred in the town of Lahore, Pakistanwhen a low-income father named Sajjad Khokhar ended the life of his wife and seven minor children.

The 42-year-old man used an ax to kill his wife Kausar, 42, and their seven children: Four daughters and three sons under 10 years of age in Alipur, Muzaffargarh district.

Police said the accused was mentally disturbed due to financial problems and that he often had fights with his wife.
