Academia Internacional de Cinema opens courses in the afternoon and offers a scholarship for each new course

The International Film Academy (AIC) is launching new four unpublished courses in the afternoon, at a lower cost than the morning and evening options. The areas contemplated are: acting for the audiovisual, directing, dubbing and post-production.

Interested parties can register until April 5th (4/5/2023) at site of the institution. Training starts in April this year. “It is the first time that we have launched courses in the afternoon. We created this option at a reduced price with the intention of reach an audience of students attending colleges or universities in the morning or evening”, explains Flávia Rocha, Director of Communication at AIC.

The school also offers some scholarships to low-income, indigenous, LGBTQIA+ and black people in order to open space for an underrepresented audience. Orders can be placed by form.

To register, the participant must send a video of up to 30 seconds long, telling why he wants to take the AIC course. The video must be published on some platform or drive and only the link must be submitted on the form.

Scholarships are for Film Training, Acting Training, Post-Production and Presenter courses.

Online and overnight options

For those who are not available in the afternoon, AIC has online classes regulars on the night shift like those of road map, direction, production, edition e movie review. In addition to the online courses, two face-to-face courses were recently launched: the presenter and that of musical and biographical documentary.
