According to negotiating circles G20 agreement on 1.5 degree climate target

The members of the G20 group agreed on more ambitious climate targets in difficult negotiations. In the final declaration of the summit in Rome planned for Sunday, the world’s strongest economies want to stand together behind the 1.5-degree target, according to delegation circles. The G20 group represents almost 80 percent of global greenhouse gas emissions.
