Kochi: Actor Dileep has filed a complaint against the prosecution in the actress’ assault case. Dileep alleges that prosecution is behind director Balachandra Kumar’s revelation. The interview is an attempt to subvert the court case. The investigating officer is also behind the complaint. Dileep alleged that the complaint was lodged the day before the 202nd witness, the investigating officer, was questioned.
Had the investigation taken place, the findings of the investigating officer would have been shattered. The prosecutor resigned to extend the hearing unnecessarily. Balachandrakumar’s complaint has no objection to further investigation. Dileep also said in the complaint that Baiju Paul should not be investigated for conspiring.
The complaint is to the DGP and the Crime Branch ADGP. The petition seeking further inquiry should be directed to be withdrawn. Dileep has also demanded that action be taken against Baiju Paul.
