Afula: Summer events kick off Emknews

Departing: Yesterday, the students of the upper divisions in Afula went on summer vacation, and at the end of the month, the elementary and kindergarten students will also join them. The Municipality of Afula, through its cultural and leisure branches, the Culture Department, the Community Department and the ‘Skyscrapers’ network, has prepared a hot and event-packed program for you, which has been named “Afulahit”.
As part of the summer events, the city’s residents will enjoy a chain of music performances by the best singers, festivals, artists ‘and artists’ fairs, Shabbat receptions, children’s penning events, theater performances in the neighborhoods and more. The events will begin in the coming days with the “Summer Opening Party for Youth” at the Youth Center in the Jezreel District (23.6, at 21:00) and a performance by the “Neshama” band as part of the “Shlishok” events (28.6, at 21:00).
