The northeast monsoon is intensifying day by day. No storm has hit Tamil Nadu since the onset of the northeast monsoon.
None of the low-lying areas formed in the Bay of Bengal were strengthened by the storm. A low-lying area crossed the border into a low-lying area near Chennai.
