Al-Shorta Club achieved the title of the Iraqi Youth Romanian Wrestling Club Championship, which concluded in the hall of the Al-Shaab International Stadium complex in Baghdad, with the participation of a large number of teams representing various Iraqi clubs.
A club statement received by the (INA), today, Wednesday, stated that “the police team won the title after collecting “200” points, while the representative of Kirkuk Governorate, Al-Thawra Club, came second with “147” points, as the sons of Al-Qaythara achieved six gold medals with Two silver medals, and the same number of bronze medals.”
The statement quoted the coach of the Green Guitar, Rashid Khaled, as saying: “This achievement came through the administration’s continuous support and diligent follow-up, without which we would not have won the title,” noting that “the sons of the Green Guitar received 10 colorful medals with all merit and merit, due to the high levels presented by the players.” In the Romanian wrestling competitions, we look forward to providing the best in the upcoming competitions.”
