Many professional clubs have expressed their condolences to the technician who lost his wife.

AC Ajaccio, where he played between 2006 and 2008 then served as assistant coach (2016-2021), notably declared “deeply upset by the disappearance of Claire Dujeux”, presenting “deepest condolences to Alex, to his children Thelma and Basile, to the SCO Angers club as well as to all those affected by this tragedy.»
