Amenabar expects to invoice 880 million euros this year

The real estate developer Amenabar plans to close 2023 with a turnover of 880 million euros and with the delivery of 1,228 homes during this fiscal year, in line with the objective set in its latest strategic plan.

The company currently manages 53 developments in progress, which adds up to a total of 5,215 homes in its main development areas (Madrid, the Basque Country and Andalusia), as reported in a statement.

In the Community of Madrid, this year it will deliver a total of 663 homes as a developer and 1,578 homes as a builder, so in this region it will add more than 5,000 homes, mainly in Moraleja, Valdebebas, Arroyo del Fresno, Las Rozas de Madrid, Boadilla del Monte and other areas.

On the other hand, Amenabar has recently acquired land for 330 homes in a location of the new Entrenúcleos de Dos Hermanas development (Seville), which has marked its arrival in Seville territory.

Likewise, it plans to launch more than 330 homes in San Sebastián, among which are developments in the city center such as Ijentea or Villa Belén.

His construction company closed last year with 400 million euros of aggregate turnover and has a portfolio of more than 1,000 million euros, with clients from both the public and private sectors.

Amenabar is currently building approximately 3,500 homes throughout Spain for other developers, such as Ares or Vivenio in Madrid, for which it is building 651 homes in the Mahou-Calderón area.

Among the main real estate development clients are developers such as Vía Célere, Inmocaixa, Metrovacesa or CP Grupo, and public entities such as EMVS in Madrid, or Visesa in the Basque Country.
