Only 11 years old: A boy was killed this evening (Saturday) after a collision with an ATV he was riding near Kfar Qassem.
The report of the case was received at 19:32 at MDA’s 101 hotline in the Yarkon area. MDA medics and paramedics provided medical treatment and evacuated the child in a human condition with multiple systemic injuries, while performing resuscitation operations. Despite the efforts, however, the medical staff was forced to determine his death at the hospital.
MDA paramedic Rabia Talhami said: “The boy was lying on the sidewalk unconscious, with no pulse and no breathing with multiple systemic injuries. “We immediately began medical treatment and resuscitation and evacuated him to the hospital when his condition was critical.”
Police said traffic inspectors opened an investigation.
