‘Thugs’ is a Tamil film starring Anaswara Rajan, one of Malayalee’s favorite stars. After Dulquer starrer ‘Hey Sinamika’, the film is directed by Brenda Master. ‘Thugs’ will be a full-length action film. The lyrical video of the new song from ‘Thagsi’ has been released.
A song that starts with ‘Ai Azhakiye’ has been released. The song is sung by Kapil Kabilan and Chinmayi with lyrics by Vivek and music direction by Sam S. The cinematography of the film is done by Priyesh Guruswamy. Praveen Antony is doing the editing.
Apart from Tamil, the film will also be released theatrically in Hindi, Telugu and Kannada languages. The movie ‘Thugs’ is jointly produced by Rhea Shibu’s HR Pictures and Jio Studios, the distributors of ‘RRR’ and ‘Don’ in Kerala. The creative producer is Muthu Karuppaiah. The production designer is Joseph Nellikel.
Hridhu Harur is the hero of the film. The film is also the Tamil debut of Hrudu, who gained attention with his lead role in Amazon’s hit series ‘Crash Course’ and the central character in Santhosh Sivan’s ‘Mumbaiker’. The costume designer is Malini Karthikeyan. The film has a long star cast including Bobby Simha, RK Suresh, Munish Kant, Sarath Appani and the project coordinator is Parameswaran Subhash, colorist Arun Sangameshwar and DI Infinity Media.
