- The actress initiated legal action against Gauder’s Átrium theater.
- Their daughter, Luna gréta, was born in Vienna in January 2025.
- The couple has decided to make Vienna their permanent residence.
Osvárt Andrea and Milán Gauder recently shared the story of their meeting in an interview with Forbes magazine. Their connection didn’t begin with romance, but with a legal battle: Osvárt Andrea, acting as the auditor for an apartment building in budapest’s Margit district, filed a lawsuit against the Átrium Theater, owned by Gauder, regarding an occupied garden building. ultimately, the case was decided in favor of Osvárt Andrea, and the theater reimbursed the rent for five years.
What started as litigation unexpectedly evolved into a real estate venture and, eventually, a family. Their daughter, Luna Gréta, was born in vienna in January 2025. The couple has now revealed their intention to establish their primary residence in the Austrian capital.
“In the two years leading up to our daughter’s birth, Budapest was Andi’s primary base, while I was in Vienna with my granddaughters, though I wasn’t there for 300 days, let alone 186. We commuted quite a bit. When our daughter arrived, the question of where to raise her arose, but Andi graciously suggested Vienna, which settled the matter,” Gauder told the business magazine, as reported by story.hu.
