Mumbai: Delhi Capitals suffer a setback ahead of the match against Rajasthan Royals. Delhi Capitals head coach Ricky Ponting cannot be part of the team. This was confirmed by Kovid to one of Ponting’s family members.
Ponting entered the isolation after Kovid was confirmed to family members. Ponting’s test result is negative. However, it should remain in isolation for 5 days.

So far, 7 Kovid cases have been reported in the Delhi Capitals camp. Kovid was positive for Tim Seifert, Mitchell Marsh and four other members of the support staff.
When it comes down to it, Delhi Capitals are sixth in the points table. Won three of 6 matches and lost three. Delhi, who are on course for an official win over Punjab Kings, are also aiming for a winning streak with a win over Rajasthan.
