Apple will announce new products at an event on March 8

by time news

Apple will hold an event on March 8 at 8 pm Israel time. This time, too, it will be a virtual event – a pre-recorded announcement that will be transmitted through the company’s official website.

The company, as usual, does not provide any details about what is expected to happen at the event, other than the title attached to the order: Peek Performance. The picture in the invitation also does not include too many clues this time, which fans will be able to delve into. This is all about Apple’s familiar logo, replicated in a number of shades and sizes.

But of course that does not mean that there are no rumors and reports about the products that will be unveiled during the event, and Mark Gurman from Bloomberg claims that the full list of announcements has been in his hands for some time. According to the report, the event will focus on a new model of the iPhone SE, the cheapest device in Apple’s selection. The new model will retain the exact same design as the existing model, but will be upgraded with a faster A15 processor, a fifth-generation connection and an improved photo setup.

In addition, the company is expected to announce a new model of the iPad Air tablet. In this case, too, no revolution is expected in the design of the device, but an upgrade of specifications with a faster processor and a built-in fifth generation connection in some models. During the event, Apple is also expected to launch the iOS 15.4 operating system, an update that will allow the device to be opened even when wearing a mask, and also Universal Control, a system that allows control of the iPad tablet via the keyboard and mouse connected to a Mac.

Apple is expected to announce later, maybe even later this month, more products in almost every category, however these will not be revealed during the upcoming event. Among other things, the expectation is for new MacBook Air, MacBook Pro and Mac Mini, updated AirPods headphones, and of course the iPhone 14 that will arrive only later this year.
