Jackson Hole Après Ski Scene Amplified with New Karaoke Experience at Tram Dock

Jackson Hole, Wyoming – Skiers and snowboarders can now extend the thrill of the slopes into the evening with a new après ski offering at Tram Dock. The popular slopeside location is launching a karaoke experience designed to provide a lively and engaging end to a day on the mountain.

The new entertainment option aims to capitalize on the growing demand for vibrant social experiences following a day of winter sports. With craft drinks, tasty food, and a welcoming atmosphere, Tram Dock is positioning itself as Jackson Hole’s premier destination for post-ski revelry.

The driving force behind the new karaoke program is Jack Payne, a seasoned host with a unique background. Payne’s journey to Jackson Hole began with playful prodding from his parents, who routinely signed him up for karaoke as a child. “What began as lighthearted teasing soon helped him shed his inhibitions and stage fright, ultimately shaping a confident and captivating stage presence,” according to information released by Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.

Payne’s dedication to the art of karaoke led him to Michigan State University, specifically drawn by the presence of Crunchy’s Burgers and Beers—renowned as the Great Lakes region’s leading karaoke establishment. He spent 4.5 years honing his skills at Crunchy’s before relocating west to share his expertise with the Tetons.

After arriving in Jackson, Payne quickly established himself as a popular host at local bars. He is now eager to bring his energy and experience to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, offering skiers and riders a unique form of slopeside entertainment.

The addition of karaoke to Tram Dock’s offerings underscores a broader trend in the ski industry towards enhanced après ski experiences. Resorts are increasingly recognizing the importance of providing guests with compelling reasons to stay and socialize beyond the traditional ski day, boosting local economies and fostering a stronger sense of community. This new offering promises to be a highlight of the Jackson Hole winter season.
