Kasganj: A 19-year-old man was arrested in the case of raping his minor sister after watching an obscene video and then strangling her to death. The incident took place in Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh.
According to the police report, on the night of February 3, Sanju watched an obscene video on his mobile phone and tortured his sister. Fearing that the incident would be reported to his family, the young man strangled his sister. The accused disclosed this during the interrogation conducted by the police after his arrest.
