ChatGPT (for “chat with pre-trained language model”, in English) is a cutting-edge project launched by OpenAI – a research institute, at the base non-profit, created in 2015 by the whimsical Elon Musk and Sam Altman. Using a technology called GPT3, which uses automatic language processing algorithms, this conversational robot understands, analyzes and processes in context up to 3,500 words at a time and in several languages, including French.
